1. The product
The Modern Man Upgrade is a one-time-purchase digital educational package containing four downloadable PDF files. Nothing is physically shipped. The materials are intended for personal use by adults.
2. Payment and delivery
The payment service identified at checkout acts as Merchant of Record and processes checkout, payment, applicable transaction taxes, receipts, and payment-related customer service. Access to the protected download is granted after payment confirmation. Prices are displayed before checkout.
3. License
Your purchase gives you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the files for your own personal purposes. You may print a personal copy. You may not resell, redistribute, upload, share, sublicense, or reproduce the package for others.
4. Educational use
The materials provide general educational information and self-guided planning tools. They do not replace individualized professional services. You remain responsible for deciding what is appropriate for your circumstances and for seeking qualified assistance when needed.
5. Refunds
Refund requests are handled through the payment provider's customer process and are subject to the policy shown at checkout, mandatory consumer rights, and the circumstances of the request. Where a refund is completed, download access may be withdrawn.
6. Availability and updates
We aim to keep purchased files accessible and accurate. We may correct errors or improve formatting without changing the core product purchased. Temporary interruption may occur for maintenance or circumstances outside our control.
7. Acceptable use
You must not attempt to bypass purchase verification, probe protected download systems, distribute access credentials, or use the site unlawfully.
8. Intellectual property
The site, product text, layout, graphics, and files are owned by or licensed to The Modern Man Upgrade and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
9. Limitation
To the extent permitted by law, the product is provided without guarantees of a particular personal outcome. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
